Women’s Chamber Entrepreneur Accelerator

The Southern Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce is seeking proposals from qualified facilitators, consultants, firms, or leadership development professionals to partner in the development and delivery of a new Leadership Accelerator.

This flagship initiative is designed to support women leaders and entrepreneurs in the Pikes Peak region through a high-impact, cohort-based experience focused on leadership growth, business strategy, accountability, visibility, and meaningful connection.

The program is intended to deliver both a strong participant experience and measurable outcomes aligned with community and grant priorities.

Program Vision

The Women’s Chamber Leadership Accelerator will provide a structured experience designed to help participants:

  • Strengthen leadership capacity
  • Build business and strategic skills
  • Increase confidence and visibility
  • Develop meaningful peer connections
  • Implement actionable growth strategies
  • Engage in long-term professional development

The SCWCC envisions this initiative becoming an annual flagship program serving women leaders and entrepreneurs throughout the region.

Proposed Program Structure

Phase 1: Immersive Kickoff Experience

  • Thursday evening welcome reception and keynote
  • Friday full-day dual track (emerging leaders and entrepreneurs) accelerator experience
  • Saturday half-day implementation and action planning session

Phase 2: Cohort Experience (Approximately 6 Weeks)

  • Weekly virtual or in-person sessions
  • Peer accountability groups
  • Coaching or office hours
  • Leadership and implementation support
  • Community-building activities

Final Component

A closing event, showcase, presentation, or celebration highlighting participant outcomes and program impact.

Scope of Work

The selected facilitator or firm may be asked to support some or all of the following:

  • Collaborate on curriculum and program design
  • Facilitate kickoff and cohort sessions
  • Provide participant materials or workbooks
  • Support leadership and business development training
  • Create engaging participant experiences
  • Assist with implementation strategies and accountability
  • Recommend methods for measuring participant outcomes
  • Coordinate with SCWCC leadership and program partners

The SCWCC is open to creative proposals and recommendations regarding program structure and facilitation approach.

1. Organization or facilitator overview
2. Relevant experience and qualifications
3. Proposed facilitation approach
4. Sample curriculum outline or framework
5. Facilitation style and engagement philosophy
6. Examples of similar programs or outcomes
7. Proposed budget and pricing structure
8. Estimated availability and timeline
9. References or testimonials (optional but encouraged)

Program Timeline

Proposal Deadline: August 15, 2026

  • Interviews / Follow-Up Discussions: September 2026
  • Facilitator Selection: September 2026
  • Program Development: Summer/Fall 2026
  • Anticipated Program Launch: January 2027

The SCWCC welcomes scalable proposals and creative recommendations.
