Using Your Member Profile
We’ve made it easy for you to learn how to get the most out of your chamber membership. Below are tutorials to teach you how to use your SCWCC member dashboard and how to use some of our extra features.
Profile Tutorials
When you signed up as a SCWCC member you filled out some of your personal information already but you can customize your profile even further. The tutorial below will show you how.
First log into your SCWCC dashboard using the member login button at the top of any page on scwcc.com
Once you’ve logged into your profile you will be directed to your main dashboard. To update your personal information click on “Personal Information” on the left side bar under “Shortcuts”
On the next screen you’ll be able to update any rep information associated with your profile, remember this is not company information but will be displayed as rep information on your public profile. Use the side bar on the left to edit everything from contact information, photos, social media links and more.
If you would like to add or remove representatives from your company click on “Company” on the left hand side then click on “Employees”.
To deactivate an employee, click on the check box on the left hand side of their name then click the “Deactivate Selected Reps” button below.
To add a rep click on the “Add Employee/Rep” button and fill out the on screen form. It is optional for your employees/reps to have a chamber login. You can select if you’d like them to create a login at the end of the on screen form.

Once you’ve logged into your profile you will be directed to your main dashboard. To update your company information click on “Company Information” on the left side bar under “Shortcuts”
On the next screen you’ll be able to update all of your standard company information such as address, phone numbers etc. If you’d like to add additional information such as social media, photos, videos and logos see the next step.
You have the ability to add many resources to your profile to help people find you on the SCWCC site. To add or edit any information on your profile you’ll want to see the options on the left sidebar under the “Company” tab.
To add your logo to your profile, click on the “Logos” tab on the left side. There you will have the ability to upload a jpeg of your company logo.
To add photos to your profile, click on the “Photos” tab on the left side. There you will need to click on manage gallery to add/edit photos.
To add a video to your profile, click on the “Videos” tab on the left side. You will need to make sure your video is uploaded to YouTube. From there you can copy and paste the url of your video into your profile.
To edit your Social Media profiles, click on “Website Information” on the left side. Scroll past the “Web Page Content” section to the “Social Network Services” section. To show or hide a profile click on the check boxes next to the network. After you check a social network and paste your custom url into the text box.
Always remember to save your changes on all pages.

Once you’ve logged into your profile you will be directed to your main dashboard. To add a special deal to the SCWCC website, click on “Hot Deals” on the left side bar under “Shortcuts”.
On the next screen you’ll be able to add and manage all of your special deals.
To add a deal click on “Add Hot Deal” on the right side of your screen. Then fill out the entire form and submit your deal for approval.
You can also manage your deals that have already been published by clicking on the “Manage Hot Deals” button on the top right of the screen.

Once you’ve logged into your profile you will be directed to your main dashboard. To add a job posting to the SCWCC website, click on “Job Postings” on the left side bar under “Shortcuts”.
On the next screen you’ll be able to add and manage all of your job posts.
To add a job click on “Add Job Posting” on the right side of your screen. Then fill out the entire form and submit your job post for approval.
You can also manage your jobs that have already been published by clicking on the “Manage Job Postings” button on the top right of the screen.

Once you’ve logged into your profile you will be directed to your main dashboard. To add a community event to the community event calendar, click on “Events” on the top navigation bar.
On the next screen to add an event click on “Add Event” on the top right of the screen.
On the next screen fill out the form as thoroughly as you can with date, time, location and description information.
Once you are done click on “Submit for Approval”. Your event will not be live till one of our staff reviews your event and approves it to be shown on the calendar. If your event hasn’t been published within 5 business days please email info@scwcc.com for assistance.
PLEASE NOTE you must choose a category for your event to be published on the SCWCC site.
